PetsApp is a communication tool which you can download to your smartphone. The app can be used to comminicate with the team at The Veterinary Centre. You can request food and medication, make inquiries and send post operative updates of your pet (including photos and videos). At a later date, we will be able to offer appointment booking via the app.

 

We hope that by offering this additional communication tool, we can offer flexibility for clients and reduce call queue times. PetsApp allows clients to send us a chat message at their convenience, whereever they are. We are currently sending out invites to existing clients, who will receive a text message or email with a personalised link to get started on PetsApp.

 

The app will be monitored Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and we will aim to respond to messages within 2 hours.
